Very good quality indeed, can target the muscles I need to, sommer using the old dumb bells to hook into the chains and works like a bomb, even behind the back. Got it to strengthen my neck to alleviate my headaches, jury is still out on that one, early days! Wife didn't know I was getting it, first thought it was some sort of a S&M contraption! LOL!
