Fantastic Quality
Really taken back by the quality of these headphones. Was initially going to go for an upgrade of my previous headphones (also well known brand), but glad that I did a bit of research and came across these. Sound quality + bass is incredible, much better than my previous set. Pairing is really quick. Noise cancelling works well, and you can easily switch between modes at the touch of a button. There's even an app which you can pair your headphones with, where you can adjust sound options from. Overall, incredibly happy with my purchase - would highly recommend these!

Excellent given reasonable expectations
Previously, I used the JBL 510BT headphones and loved them. My only reason for changing them out for these was that I wanted headphones with active noise cancellation. I realised that proper noise cancelling headphones only really come in at the 2k price range. So, that's the frame of mind I purchased these with. That said, these headphones are easily a match for my JBL's. Audio quality is generally better in my opinion. And the Q20i's definitely have better bass. Moreover, the over-ear design makes them block out more noise even without active noise cancellation on. Comfort so far is excellent. Really soft padding. Might be quite hot in summer? Build quality is okay. Plastic mostly. I mean, don't tumble dry them that's not going to go well. But they'll probably survive most day to day tumbles and fumbles. As to the noise cancellation, it's great at this price point. Instead of outright blocking all sound, it's more like it pushes outside sounds further into the background (softens them). It's a bit random in what it blocks out and what it doesn't. Droning noises like the washing machines are almost entirely gone. Sometimes I can't hear people talking whatsoever, but other times I can (different distances/ frequency voices). Doesn't seem to block out a parrot's babbling. But it does seem to block out my mother's voice completely so good enough for me 🤷🏼♂️. Put another way, this headphone's noise cancellation is good enough that it could interfere if you were driving with them. Unless your mother is in the back seat. Then they'll improve your driving 👍👌.

Great for the price
I think in the end you get what you pay for. The headphones are good, comfort is 4/5, ease of use is 5/5, sound quality is 3.5/5, passive noise cancelling (active noise cancelling off) is 4/5, active noise cancelling is 3/5, active noise cancelling thus not exceptional, but it does make a noticable difference. Overall noise cancelling is pretty good for the price point, but it does not cancel 100% of noise. At my work it cancels 95% of the noise that the white noise generators make, and 95% of other noise. Sudden loud noises (people talking loudly) does come through a little bit. Does not come with a carry pouch which is dissapointing. Recommended if you are looking for budget wireless headphones, but realise it's not a premium headphone.
