Worst experience ever!

The battery on this unit is only guaranteed for 6 months. It WILL not last a year. A replacement battery will cost you R7000 from the supplier (price as at 25/1/2024). Don't buy it - you will be disappointed. In fact, don't buy any RCT product.

Great service from Builders Warehouse

firstly, I want to commend Builders Warehouse online purchase and their turn time was superb. In 3 days they delivered my purchase._x000D_ _x000D_ RCT Megapower 1KVA/1000W Inverter Trolley With 1 X 100AH Battery_x000D_ this product has exceeded my expectation, functionary is user friendly and very easy to setup. Battery was already fully charged on delivery.

Well worth it!

Bought this unit at the beginning of Feb 2023: Have used it mainly as a back-up for load-shedding and also as a UPS: for when I cannot finish some work before the power goes off. Have tested with a full-on gaming PC with a 730W PSU, a laptop and study lamp on at the same time and with an hours use, it did not even drain the first bar on the battery display - So in my book that's good performance! Well worth the buy, especially at the current pricing. Thanx Builders, for keeping the prices affordable for us average Joes out there!!!
