Adjustable spring grip hand training arm exerciser

very good product at a very affordable price, you can even adjust the tension of the spring from 5kg up to 60kg and it has a counter to count your presses, and for the exercising of a tennis elbow it works great

Awesome!

This product is very strong and we'll built. It's helping me build strength in my hands. I often get cramps in my hand and hopefully as time goes, I can improve my grip too. Excited for the results!
