Alright

Overall this was a good buy. The blocks are great. The elastic works well and is comfortable to use. The ball is not the most durable that there is, but great for some at home exercises. I wouldn’t recommend buying it for a gym where it will take a lot of hammering. The mat might be good for yoga, but is a bit thin and scratches very easily, so would also not recommend it for high intensity workouts. Feels more like a shower mat than exercise mat, so it might wear and tear a bit quick.

Getup flex yoga

The product goes well with my morning exercise routine it makes my exercises a lot of fun, it just doesn't have a airpump for the ball

The mat is thick enough, and quite long. The ball stands up to consistent use. The blocks also handle their business. All in all i have no regrets regarding this purchase
