Rosemary!
This is the herb every kitchen needs to have. Me loving herbs, it's a must for my cupboards. Fresh or dried one, I just love how I can utilise this from salads to my stews and the smell; oh my...the smell it heals me, call me crazy but hey its aroma is the signature on each dish, I think :)
