Converted me from tea to coffee
Super easy to keep clean, and takes an odd 10 - 20 second per coffee. If you like Ferrero Rocher, I highly suggest getting the hazelnut vertuo capsules. Note that you can’t use other capsules, only Vertuo ones, but this is made clear. Comes with a selection of coffees to try out as well.

Rattles and Mobile smart app is unreliable
after a few uses, the machine rattles more than i would have expected from Nespresso. Im slightly disappointed. The smart phone app is ridiculous; after every update, all your data, including favourites resets. Manual also says the smart app could connect via bluetooth to the machine, but it doesn't!!! Not even a button on the app to connect. It seems its only available in the northern hemisphere. i uninstalled it. I would expect alot better quality from nespresso all round.

A convenient and easy to use coffee machine. Myself and my work colleagues absolutely love it. It is the right size. Easy to recycle capsules. Makes a great cup of coffee.
