No Remote Control and No Manual

Very unsatisfied with my purchase, got it for someone as a gift, and only to find that the walking pad isn't accompanied by a remote control or manual. Very disappointed, as we are unable to get it to work without the remote.

Very impressed with my purchase

Bought this so I can fit in two workouts a day (one at gym for strength training, and the second at home covering my 10K steps).. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed at how much I can do for on this neat walking pad. I’ve been doing 10 K steps daily since getting it about three weeks ago and I’m honestly happy. I even break into an impressive sweat. I’ve run on it a couple of times-but don’t feel as comfortable-so I’m going to stick to walking. It’s easy to set up, store away as well as move it around. Would highly recommend to someone who’s considering it. :)
