just love it

definitely. the first lot I did was mushrooms and leaks. I dried them out then ground them up into a fine powder and use them like a spice. the flavours are so intense. Apples are wow. so are peaches and apricots. Cauliflower comes out a taupe colour but the flavours yesterday again are fantastic. carrots come out rubbery but I think if I soaked them in a little water before hand they would have hydrated a bit but still wow. All the flavours are so intense.

does what it's supposed to!

i bought this unit about two weeks ago and been making healthy snacks with it! been relatively easy to clean too! I've been impressed that it doesn't draw as much power as i thought it would. im satisfied with my purchase at this price point. enjoy it!
