With Gluta In the morning then with collagen at night. my skin is beautiful so so so so glowing and brighter. it just keeps on brightening each and every day. I take 3 Litres of water Everyday and I don't expose myself to sunlight. I work conveniently at home I don't apply any product on my skin I just take these tables and my skin is amazing you guys. Using them solely to support my glutathione supplements. There's no progress this time, not certain whether it's this product or my glutathione that's not working but I have not had flu symptoms in a very long time
