A crowd fave
They have a good "bite" (not mushy) and a mild gamey smell. I like to brown them off in a pan, pour over some tomato & marscapone pasta sauce (also from Woolies), and let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Served over rice or pasta, it is a hit with kids and adults alike.

Flavourful and juicy!
The family loved these frikkadels. We flattened them and turned them into mini burger patties for the braai. Really good flavour, and stayed juicy and tender. Note there is lamb fat added, and plenty of preservatives!
