Why did I wait so long?
Game changer for pet/cat owners! I honestly wonder why I waited so long to get this. Setup was a breeze via the app. It runs so quietly and smoothly that my cat—who is usually skittish—isn't even scared of it. The mopping is excellent, and I can clearly see the difference in how clean my tiles are. If you are on the fence, just buy it.

Solid Upgrade from Previous Model
I previously had the Ecovacs flagship model. The performance was okay, but never really impressive—and unfortunately it stopped working after just 4 months. Takealot handled the refund immediately under warranty, which was great, but overall it was pretty disappointing. I decided to try a different brand this time and went with this model—and so far, it’s been a much better experience. It works faster, cleans more efficiently, uses the battery more effectively, and is noticeably quieter. Spare parts are also more affordable, which is a big plus. At this point, I’d definitely recommend it—100% the better choice for me. I’ll update my review after 4 months to see if it holds up, but I really hope this isn’t just a great first impression.
