We use this to get rid of brain fog and other symptoms as a result of shedding from jabbed people. Cut 1 square in 4 to get between 3 and 4 mg per day and wear a piece a day. Seriously my brain fog literally disappears in minutes. I love that it is all natural. We use it according to Dr Bryan Ardis dosage recommendations.
