waste of money

Broke after few days, would definitely not recommend it. When I received the product it was covered in sand

I would personally recommend this product more especially to beginners who want to build their muscles. You can start off with less weights for some getting used to. As time goes on add more to get ripped as much as you want to. The set is not just made for your arms, with the barbell you can build up some chest . Go on Mate, purchase it.

The material is big but the weight is light . It doesn’t feel like dum bells at all
