Soak Overnight

This grain definitely requires overnight soaking. It simply doesn’t soften after 80 minutes of simmering. Once you’ve cooked it, you can even leave it soaking in water for warming up. It has a beautiful nutty taste once cooked. It is great for veggie salads.
