The Taurus - Pa Casola Bread Maker is a great product, already baked a lot of breads all of them yummy! Things i like 1) the option to bake a large horizontal bread (most machines bake a weird shape bread 2) Two knead pedals mix all ingredients well (easy to remove from bread) 3) Many Programs, even a jam program 4) Timer is great for overnight baking 5) Solid built 6) Easy to use, with great manual and recipes (even in afrikaans well done Taurus) Happy Client

I have struggled to make a successful loaf of bread using this machine. It doesn't mix the ingredients properly and I often end up with half baked dough.
